Most readiness engagements run 3–6 months depending on your lab's current compliance baseline. We begin with a gap assessment in the first two weeks, then build a prioritized remediation roadmap. Labs that have never been accredited typically need the full 6-month runway; labs seeking re-accreditation after a lapse often complete readiness in 3–4 months.

Our primary focus is US-based CAP and CLIA compliance. CAP accreditation is available internationally, and we have supported labs in Canada and the Caribbean. CLIA applies only to US laboratories testing human specimens. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
